Manager Retail Performance - Southwest ID-7095

Job Description

Summary

As a Manager of Retail Performance - Southwest at Tiffany & Co., you will collaborate with corporate, regional, and store leadership teams to enhance retail performance and excellence across the market. You will monitor and review store performance, partnering with Store Directors to improve sales, client experience, productivity, operations, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Market Vice President to build and review store performance goals.
  • Partner with Retail leaders to drive performance across sales, retail KPIs, and non-selling activities.
  • Work with Finance and HR on FTE planning, productivity, and optimization.
  • Design store-specific strategies to reach brand priorities and elevate the Client Experience.
  • Lead and plan in-store activities to deliver client service results.
  • Drive regional filtration efforts for streamlined communication and processes.
  • Lead regional projects and execute business initiatives, including store incentives and retail-specific projects.
  • Coordinate product flow, store openings, and logistics with Merchandising and Supply Chain.
  • Collaborate with Store Planning and Maintenance on new openings and renovations.
  • Drive new tools and coordinate store issue follow-ups with IT.
