Our Live Creative team is responsible for promotional creative assets on Netflix. We are part of the larger Product Discovery & Promotion team.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Strategist to join our PDP Live team. We partner with Content creators, Marketing, Product Design and many other teams to define how Live events are creatively represented on Netflix to members around the world.
Our purpose is to deliver the most compelling and authentic discovery experience through artwork, video, and copy to connect our millions of global subscribers to content they will love.

At its core, the Strategist role is grounded in achieving creative excellence for all the promotional assets that represent the Live catalog. This role will marry live entertainment and visual storytelling with data and innovation to develop creative for touch points across the entire Netflix product experience. Shepherding the on-product creative campaigns from greenlight to launch (and beyond) is ultimately the Strategist's responsibility, one that is incredibly meaningful to engagement and ongoing learnings.

There is no ''normal day'' in Live and content will range from sports to entertainment and more, creating a dynamic environment and ample opportunity to contribute in a variety of ways: from context-gathering, to the formation of deeply intentional creative strategies, to fostering an open and collaborative environment for brainstorms, to the socialization of work throughout development with multiple stakeholder teams to ensure a seamless launch on a global scale. Our collaborative process requires flexibility and excellent judgment, so the ideal candidate is curious, creatively-savvy and passionate about bringing impactful experiences to life.
