Responsibilities
- Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality in content moderation.
- Review content and apply prescribed guidelines to provide appropriate resolution.
- Recognize trends and patterns in content and raise any timely concerns.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve user support.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of processes and policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
