Peak Support is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a high-volume outbound project to join our team in the Philippines.

Position Overview

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective customers or clients.
  • Engage with prospects to introduce products, services, or campaigns effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Amenable to a project-based employment opportunity.
  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and call-tracking software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to various customer profiles and adjust communication styles accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with scripts and techniques for high-volume calling.
