As a Taxonomy Strategist, you will play a critical role in organizing and optimizing the content categorization and metadata strategy for our global streaming platform. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for taxonomy processes and standards. Collaborate with content teams to ensure proper tagging and categorization of new and existing content. Monitor and analyze user feedback and data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to taxonomy strategy. Communicate and present taxonomy strategy and updates to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Continuously monitor and improve the user experience of Netflix's global streaming platform through effective taxonomy management. Provide guidance and support to other teams on taxonomy-related projects and initiatives. Uphold and promote Netflix's core values and culture within the Product Experience team.
