- Communicate audit objectives, testing progress, and results both in writing and verbally.
- Partner with the AO Learning team and stakeholders to manage corrective action plans and process improvements.
- Leverage data and technology to streamline audits and draw conclusions.
- Maintain productive relationships with the AO Learning team and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 0-1 year experience in quality control, Airport Operations, or related work.
- Ability to understand training programs, from design to delivery to record keeping.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Familiarity with auditing principles and how to assess risk.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally, up to 50%.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
