As a Customer Success Engineer at Tigera, you will engage with users early in their adoption cycle to educate and train them on new technology.

You will consult with customers on the design of networking and security for their Kubernetes platform.

You will provide thought leadership and guide customers and partners towards implementation of best practices and provide technical assistance during steady state operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure success of your assigned customers' deployments by developing and delivering technical training on Kubernetes Networking, Security & Observability.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects to design and deliver networking and security workshops and help customers resolve technical issues while meeting key support SLAs.

You will build a multi-media repository of technical content for our customers to help accelerate learning and self-enablement.

Influencing the direction of our product by working closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to incorporate the needs of our customers into the product roadmap is also an important aspect of this role.

Additionally, you will become a trusted technical resource and advocate for your customers, sharing learnings and insights from our customers to help shape our marketing programs and product roadmap.
