As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will develop and deliver partner marketing programs that enable the Luna Gaming business to grow through and with partners. You will own defining, developing, executing and analyzing high-impact co-marketing campaigns with top tier game developers, game publishers and other partners to acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers and deliver subscriber and revenue growth. You will collaborate across our Marketing, Business Development, Product and Engineering teams to establish strong, collaborative, “trusted advisor” relationships with partners through the recruiting, GTM and customer activation lifecycle.

They will have a proven record of leading and driving multiple programs to meet business objectives, excellent program and project management skills, a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, strong data and metrics bias, be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and be passionate about launching new products and experiences for consumers.

About The Team

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will be part of the Luna Marketing Team, which consists of integrated marketing, social, sales, go-to-market, lifecycle and partner marketing functions. As part of this team, you will help grow our customer base and deliver new products and features to gamers. The Luna marketing team looks to strikes a balance between start-up nimbleness with a bias for action, and scaled, customer-obsessed, data-driven decision making. We are collaborative in nature, and firm believers in hard work and teamwork.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years in product or category management, product marketing, partner marketing, or business development
  • Experience overseeing consumer marketing strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a consumer tech product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business development, category management or partner marketing experience
  • Proven ability to think big and influence across workgroups and business units
  • Self-starter with a bias for action; can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Think long term; experience in making strategic trade-offs to accelerate business growth
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
