Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Amazon FBA Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, developing and executing marketplace strategies, and driving brand growth on Amazon. Client servicing, planning, case management, and data analysis are key functions in this role, as well as supporting Brand Registry strategies with our Trademarkia legal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Account Management
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Monitor client KPIs, ensuring optimal performance and achieving client goals.
  • Regularly update clients on their account status, project progress, and performance metrics.
  • Manage client communications, including meetings, weekly updates, and follow-ups.
  • Identify and address client needs, challenges, and opportunities proactively.
  • Build client trust by educating them on how to be successful in all aspects of Amazon.
  • Amazon Strategy Development & Execution
  • Understand client objectives on Amazon and build strategies that will help grow the business.
  • Dive deep into the Amazon analytics such as sales, conversion rates, traffic levels etc. to improve business performance.
  • Manage and optimize listing of new products for better customer experience.
  • Maintain, manage and guide the client on inventory levels that need to be maintained at Amazon.
  • Set up products on Amazon FBA and manage shipping plans for clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Create a roadmap for new work streams and manage various projects with our Trademarkia legal teams to proactively develop the account with more services.
  • Work closely with internal teams (SellerGrow, legal, operations) to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, Amazon updates, and best practices to continuously improve account performance.
  • Share client feedback and insights with the team to foster continuous billing in services.
  • Participate in team meetings to align on client goals, progress, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Prepare and present detailed performance weekly reports to clients, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze PPC campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide clients with regular business reviews, incorporating cross-functional inputs and making strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor the financial performance of client accounts, ensuring that they meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Continuously assess and refine reporting processes to provide more value to clients.
