Full job description

The JFK Operations Coordinator will assist managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities for all ASAK business units including ramp, baggage, and cleaning services.

This includes, monitoring, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals. Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations. Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.

Job duties include but not limited to:

· Ensure accurate hour reporting of payroll to ASAK.

· Daily scheduling of staff including all necessary paperwork for staff to complete their daily duties.

· Produce billing back up documentation as directed by client request and ASAK management team.

· Upon completion of completed work, organize (scan) all paperwork to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations

· As directed conduct operational spot checks to ensure staff are in compliance with company and client regulations.

· Office / Operations supply inventory control.

o Ensure adequate office supply inventory

o Ensure adequate operation supply inventory (PPE, vests, etc).

· As directed / on needed basis, fill operational role in the event of shortage, sick-calls, lateness of staff.

Requirements:

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

· Proven ability to work collaboratively with others

· Excellent communication and time management skills

· JFK Airport SIDA Badge with “DR1” endorsement

· Driver’s License

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
