Job Summary:

Delta Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our customer service team in the Domestic and International BPO sectors. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving queries, handling complaints, and ensuring that every customer experience is seamless and positive. You will represent Delta Airlines, working closely with customers to deliver a high standard of service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate tone.

  • Rotational shifts available for both Domestic and International BPOs.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

  • Fluency in English and, preferably, one or more additional languages (Spanish, French, or other languages depending on the region).
