We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer proficient in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions, particularly within platforms like Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot.  As a Salesforce Developer at EP Wealth Advisors, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions to meet our organizational needs. Collaborating closely with our IT Team and key stakeholders, you will ensure that our Salesforce environment operates seamlessly while integrating with other core systems. Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 plus annual bonus

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, and enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Build and manage direct API connections for integrating Salesforce with external financial technology (FinTech) solutions.
  • Ability to use Mulesoft to build and maintain certain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications a plus.
  • Ensure the successful operation of Salesforce applications, integrations, and tools, making improvement recommendations aligned with best practices.
  • Manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations with core systems, establishing and maintaining new integrations as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for system architecture, automation, and data modeling.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce implementations.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders, users, and vendor teams to develop and deploy new business processes.
  • Support and collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and the BSA to design and implement business requirements.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce customization and development.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II (PDII) required
  • Proficiency with Financial Services Cloud and Account Engagement/Pardot.  Understanding of Mulesoft preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and SOQL.
  • Experience with third-party integrations, API gateway integrations, and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and declarative capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Admins, BSAs, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working in Agile Methodology. Familiarity with analytics, database structures, and technologies.
  • Technical expertise in managing and configuring features such as Flows, Omni-Channel
  • Experience, Omni Scripts, Chat-Bot, Dashboards and Reports, Tableau, and CRM Analytics.
  • Experience working within Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firms or Financial Services.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps processes.
  • Knowledge of modern development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
