We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer concerns.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or feedback.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
