Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding flight inquiries, reservations, and travel-related queries.

  • Provide clear and accurate information on products, services, and promotions.

  • Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Promote Delta Airlines services to potential customers and upsell products when applicable.

  • Document all customer interactions in the system accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Resolve issues related to flight cancellations, reschedules, and refunds.

  • Follow company scripts and guidelines to maintain consistent service quality.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
