Customer Success and Onboarding Executive (Job Opening) ID -2659

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring clients have a seamless onboarding experience and are fully equipped to maximize the value of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Lead new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and effective transition onto our platform.
  • Customer Success: Ensure clients are successfully utilizing SalesAPE.ai products to achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor to support their ongoing needs.
  • Training and Support: Conduct onboarding training sessions, provide resources, and deliver ongoing support to clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot client issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them quickly.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback and collaborate with product teams to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track client progress and success metrics, reporting back to management with insights and suggestions for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or account management roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Ability: Comfortable using customer success and project management tools, CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and basic knowledge of SaaS products.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
