Location: In-person, Denver, CO 80218. Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
  • Assist individuals with mobility and physical activities, ensuring safety while lifting or transferring as needed.
  • Implement care plans that respect resident rights and promote dignity.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Engage with clients diagnosed with autism or other disabilities, providing tailored support as necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Dementia caregiving experience required.

Qualifications

  • Core skills in caregiving such as patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Premium skills including first aid certification, experience in assisted living facilities, and the ability to create and implement care plans
  • Relevant skills in long-term care and social work to provide comprehensive support to residents
  • Experience in dementia care, management, and upholding residents' rights in a compassionate and respectful manner
