Job Summary

Delta Airlines, a leader in global air travel, is looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Customer Support team in a telecaller capacity. As a Telecaller in our BPO Customer Support division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, booking issues, flight status, and general customer support.

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding Delta Airlines services, policies, and procedures.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Assist customers with changes to flight reservations, cancellations, and rebooking requests.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system, ensuring all necessary follow-ups are completed.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.

  • Stay updated on Delta Airlines products, services, and promotions to provide informed customer service.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric attitude.

  • Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office and customer management systems.

  • Comfortable handling sensitive customer issues with professionalism and empathy.

  • Problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on delivering solutions.

  • Previous experience in customer service or telecalling is an asset, but not mandatory.


Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a BPO or call center environment.

  • Experience in the airline industry or travel sector is a plus, though not required.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Flexible shifts available, including weekends and holidays (rotational shift work).

  • Remote / Work-from-home position, with occasional in-office meetings or training (if applicable).
